Have you been bullied or shamed for watching porn?

I know I have, I’ve been bullied since I was a little kid.

They would make fun of my teeth because I used to have buck teeth.

They would make fun of my skin because I was too pale.

They even made fun of my fingernails which I thought was funny because now I paint my fingernails and they make fun of me more.

Here’s the thing with being shamed or bullied for who you are or what you do.

You can’t control and you’ll never be able to control other people.

People are going to do what they are going to do.

So your only option is to not make it a problem for yourself.

Let people shame you and just feel those uncomfortable emotions.

Because when you learn how to do that, you’ll use the same skill to stop watching porn.

Quitting porn isn’t done by fighting and resisting urges; it's done by learning how to feel the uncomfortable emotions that drive you to porn.

When you learn how to feel shame, stress, boredom and other negative emotions, you don’t need to watch porn.

You don’t need to escape them.

You learn to just sit with them while focusing on your physical body. Focus on the physical symptoms of shame.

Ask yourself where I feel shame in my body and just feel it.

Just notice it in your body until it passes.

When you can sit through shame you can sit through anything and stop watching porn.

If you want to learn this skill and the other skills that will help you quit porn and never watch it again.
