I've recently noticed a pretty severe visual issue in Helldivers 2. Whenever I move or rotate the camera, **particles, small lights, emissive surfaces, and basically anything bright/glowing start flickering or shimmering very noticeably**.

When I stop moving the camera, the image becomes much more stable. As soon as I start panning again, the glowing elements begin flashing/shimmering. It can get bad enough that it's genuinely uncomfortable to look at.

This is **not normal screen tearing**. I can actually capture the flickering in a screen recording, so the artifact is present in the rendered image itself rather than only on my monitor.
