Career Advancement

Hello all.

I have been in the Construction/ water and sewer utility industry for about 5 years now. I recently got blessed with an offer from a major Construction and Engineering firm but for a more office oriented role ex. documentation, inspections, sampling, and everything in between.

I start in exactly a month from today and have been looking for ways to mentally shift into a more administrative role. How would some of you prepare for this? Thank you!
