Need to vent

I’m on HRT since Jan 2026. I increased my estrogen dosage to 50mg beginning of July and from the 14th day from the 1st day of my period until the first day of my period I increased to 200mg. The rest of the time is 100mg. I’ve been telling my nurse practitioner I have no libido, no motivation etc etc and that I really want to try testosterone. I’ve told her this in beginning of July. She said well before we can prescribe testosterone, we have to try with the estrogen and progesterone first bla bla. It’s already a month and I don’t feel any different when it comes to my anxiety, mood, libido and motivation. I wrote to her asking can we try this and she said we have to wait until our next appointment which is in October. I’m annoyed 😑 thanks for letting me vent!
