what bill pay software for small businesses makes sense when you have 20–30 recurring vendor bills?

we’ve gotten to the point where we’re handling around 20 to 30 recurring vendor bills every month, and keeping track of everything manually is starting to take more time than i’d like.

there are different due dates, recurring invoices and vendors with different payment preferences. nothing is particularly difficult on its own, but together it’s a lot of little things to keep track of.

i’m looking at ways to make the process more organized without adding a complicated system. being able to schedule payments, keep track of what’s been paid and connect everything with accounting would be useful.

for other small business owners dealing with a similar number of bills, how are you handling it?
