1 or 2 videos?

Help Wanted

So, basically, ive been to 4 cafes in Tokyo with unique themes and solo owners. I meet them, chatted with them, tasted their products and then offer them a free promo spot. I then come back a couple days later with my big camera gear, record an interview and some B-roll to then edit into a neat little "promo spot interview with the owner" for special and unique cafes in Tokyo. All recorded on my shoulder mounted 360 camera which records the whole BTS.

My question is:

Should I split the video in 2. Basically should I do

  1. one video thats about 10 to 12 minutes long where I go in for the first time, chat with the owner, come back couple days later, record the whole thing and then show the final result at the end.

Or

  1. 2 videos. One that's about 8 to 10 minutes long where I show everything except the final result. The end would show a title card which would redirect you to the actual promo spot that's about 2 minute long, which would be posted straight after the BTS

I'm thinking about it because it might make more views in the long run. And could give 2 different style of thumbnail and titles for the videos, one more "I found this secret cafe!" And one that's more "Promo for cafe #3"

Togheter would make the audience less frustrated but I'm trying to gage which is better.

(Note that I'm also going to release vertical versions of these videos as youtube short. One where it's the BTS but very abridged, shortening a 9 minute long video into 3 with music a couple days after the original horizontal version, for people who can't stand a 9 minute long video without much music. And then one where it's the final result alone but as vertical. I'm trying to gage if I should release an horizontal standalone version of the ad.)

Thank you!
