Visale application keeps getting rejected for “informations non conformes” — any idea what could be wrong?

Hello everyone,
A friend of mine is going to France to study, inchaAllah. She has already been accepted by her school, got her visa, and everything else is sorted. The only thing left is finding accommodation.
Her school told her to apply through CROUS. She and her friend both completed the Visale application. Her friend’s application was accepted without any issue, but hers keeps getting rejected with the message “information non conformes.”
The problem is that they don’t explain which information or document is causing the issue, so we have no idea what she is supposed to correct.
We’re worried this could end up blocking her CROUS housing application and leave her stuck without accommodation.
Has anyone here had the same issue with Visale? Do you know how to find out exactly what is wrong or who she should contact to get it sorted?
