Army MSV Shoulder Buckles

FYSA, the Army MSV shoulder buckles can be taken off. The visual user guide has a picture guide on how to take one or both buckles off the shoulder straps.

This will, however, disable the quick release pull tab functionality of the shoulder straps specifically. But let’s be honest, most low-speed units are buckling TAPS on top of the plate carrier anyways.

Spent a year chudmaxxing with a plate carrier that didn’t fit properly before figuring that out. The MSV still has its inherent flaws, but this change helps me specially make it more useable.

Lesson learned: if you don’t like something, read its manual.
