Waiting on 6-month MRI results

Hi everyone. I have a small (as of January) 7x4mm AN and had my first six month follow up MRI on Monday. I'm anxiously waiting on the results (3-5 days they said). How do people on watch and wait manage?

I have an appointment with my neurosurgeon next Tuesday to discuss results. In my last appointment he recommended either GK or watch and wait. I went with watch and wait while getting a second (and third) opinion. I've decided that I want to discuss going forward with GK at my appointment.

I don't even know why I'm so nervous about the MRI results. I keep on refreshing my patient portal and can't focus.
