POTS/Adderall

Hi friends!!

I have a medication question, I am currently on 5mg of Ivabradine for POTS in addition to lots of salt/etc. Unfortunately for me I have pretty bad brain fog, I'm on LDN for it but haven't seen any improvement so my rheumatologist is starting me on 10mg of adderall to potentially help with said brain fog but I am a little nervous to start.

For reference: pretty positive I also have ADHD, caffeine doesn't bother me or affect my HR. I also have bradycardia lol

From what I've read, the medication combo isn't uncommon but wondering if anyone can speak on their experiences? Thank youuuuuu!!
