Is your recycling pickup always one day late?

Lately our street's recycling pickup never happens on our trash day (our trash pickup does).

We submit it on the Philly 311 site early the next morning, and then they come that second day. Every week for the last 2 months or so.

This week they closed it saying they "looked and found no issue," LOL. We reopened it. Sure enough our recycling has now been collected.

Is this just how it is lately? Do our 311 submissions actually matter here, or are they just doing it one day late as a routine thing? What's your experience been?

Thanks!
