toe of skate blade scraping inside post of net in rvh
this post is sort of twofold:
a) i have an issue when entering the rvh on my glove side. whenever i begin flatten out my rvh (when the puck is more behind the net rather than higher to the goal line) the toe edge of my skate blade begins to scrape against the bottom inside post of the net. i’ve only recently started noticing this and i’m worried it’s going to damage my blade over time. any thoughts?
b) this only happens on my glove side. i find it strange because my rvh and seal is near perfect on my blocker side almost every time with no thought about it. yet when i enter the rvh on my glove side, the seal is a lot weaker and i have a harder time getting that proper lock against the post. then when i flatten out, my skate blade starts scraping.
anybody have any thoughts on this?
