Done with AAA. Roadside emergencies are too important for AI to deal with.

I've had AAA premium for 4 years and have never called them until today when my car broke down. The AI was completely useless and was asking me about my windshield. There was nothing wrong with my windshield, nor did I say anything that sounds close to windshield. I asked for a live agent several times and when I finally was connected to an actual person they transferred me. After about 20 minutes on hold the line went dead and had to start all over and was transferred again...to a recording telling me that they would call. That was hours ago and no one has called.
