lightkeeper on seasonal [discussion]

is lightkeeper not available on seasonal? im on tarkov doing the debtor ending on seasonal and im at the point where i have to gain access to lightkeeper, usually once u reach this point u get the mechanic quest to start the questline but i have not received it in 24 hours. is this because of the lighthouse rework?
