Returning player after 5 years, what’s changed?

Back during the Covid years I was a regular player on AJPW, knowledgeable on worths, had a few good items of my own, and in general a pretty experienced player. I eventually stopped playing around the time the sapphire shop changed for life reasons and only recently discovered my old login credentials. For the nostalgia I decided to hop on and it’s interesting to see how it still feels the same. While I do spot some new stuff like new pets, events, and a few QoL features, what else has changed? I also have no clue what any of my stuff is worth nowadays, like are black nutcracker boots still very high value? I don’t have anything too major but would like to kinda get a feel for everything again.

Also, Ichecked and have 509 sapphires, is that a lot by today’s standards?
