Unlock awakening of the charmers skill

I have been trying to unlock this skill. Needs me to summon one spell caster level 4 or above multiple times during one match. 4 times to be precise. I just did a solo match and summoned gishki Natalia around 10 times as she returns to my hand at the end of the turn. I am not sure why this didn’t work out anymore. Also I can’t find the skill anywhere mentioned in the game menus.
How do I unlock it or was it removed. Sorry for silly question. I just returned after a few years.
