Processing times for NONEE PNP hasn't changed since January

Am I crazy? I feel like the processing time for NON EE PNP has been showing "two months left" ever since January. I submitted my application in November 2024. Anyone else in the same situation as me?

I see that some people who applied in November 2025 under the same stream have already received their PR card. Should I be concerned?
