Food Calculator
So for the last few months I've been working on creating an app similar to RSL Helper, but for Linux. I love raid, but I hated playing it on a VM so I could use tools like Hell Hades and RSL. Those two apps really add a lot of quality of life improvement, and after you start using them it's very hard to go back.
So far I've made my own optimizer both for individual champions and teams (The tag arena optimizer is actually insane). And I'm about 80% done with my farmer. It all works, but swapping champions on max level is a very tough cookie to crack. However, it is to the point that I can actually use it without feeling like I'd rather use RSL Helper; which is quite nice. The app is so complex that I will never release this to the public in it's full form. So, sorry other linux users (if you exist) but it would be a nightmare to support this due to the nature of everything involved to make it functional.
However, I did make a food calculator I could release as a standalone app both for Linux and Windows users. Unlike the other stuff I mentioned, this doesn't actually require reading game memory, or interfacing with the game at all, it's a simple calculator. I searched the internet and found a couple basic tools that can do it, but nothing like the calculator I made. So I'm posting this to see if there's any interest in having something like this.
Basically what this calculator does, is it takes values of all of your food champions. You enter how many 6 star champions you want to make, you enter all the numbers of current inventory of food for both leveled and lvl 1 for every rank, and then it tells you the exact order to level your food in, when to ascend, the proper order, etc. It also lists the total estimated energy/silver to do all of the rankups. If you don't have enouugh champions to rank up a 6, it will tell you how many champions you need.
I'm kicking around the idea of also adding an event/tournament mode that also calculates points based on how those events currently function, but I'm not sure if I, or any one else, cares that much about those things for it to be worthwhile.
If there's enough interest, I will release this standalone tool to the public. It's basically just a calculator so it shouldn't really require much support or anything, and unlike the rest of the stuff I've made for raid that can get broken every single update the game gets, this shouldn't. It would likely be a month or so before I'd have time to make this standalone and release it, but if enough people are interested, I'll do it.
