How tf do y'all talk to others

Guys how tf do i talk to my classmates. Why is this so hard to make even a small conversation. I sit all alone and even eat lunch alone, during free hours all my classmates talk to eo and play games while I sit in a corner all alone. I feel invisible even when I'm sitting with them. I hold my tears when I eat lunch it's so heartbreaking to see others making friend effortlessly but I can't even make a single noise. I'm 20F joined college after 2 drop years.
