After sex effects?

So I(17m) and my gf (16f) were thinking of having sex and it was my gfs first time, so as she was nervous and

all but we did it anyway we were doing it for about 15 mins straight and i had sex before and when i was having sex with her it was kinda better and i liked it very much i thought maybe sex with different people have different feeling and i took it lite i was enjoying it and she was too after i 'came' i pulled it out and when i looked at my dih it there was no condom on it i was like am I tripping or smtg then I realized tht condom broke we both we worring and all and thankfully she did get pregnªnt

Tht isn't the issue right now the problem is ever since I had sex on that day my tip of my dih feels extremely sensitive like even a light touch was making me feel tht sensitive like feeling in a good way. is this normal? Or should I be concern€d about it i have asked Google and many AIs they are like it might be some STI or smtg and other AIs said it normal. It was my first time doing it raw btw
