Sekhatar Robot, interesting balancing (for now), and future Chaos characters

The Sekhatar Robot is kind of interesting to me because he seems to have a lot of traits that makes it ideal to bring to a lot of tracks in LREs, and be useful in general for horde modes. However, pure Chaos wise, there are no mechanics for now, so if brought along in his ideal teams (psykers, Chaos) he'll be slowly whittled down, a semi-fair trade for all he brings to the table.

That being said, I assume this has to mean we'll get something like a Warpsmith soon to actually be able to heal him, so my only question is if we'd get a new individual Chaos faction like the Iron Warriors, or something like the Adeptus Astartes where we get a more generalised range of famous Chaos Marines.
