I am a girl from pithoragarh, but I live in delhi. In round 2 I didn't get my desired course, I wanted btech bio tech but I got community sciences, but I m really confused if i should accept this seat and wait for spot round so that I can apply for course upgrade, and I m thinking if I don't get upgrade then I'll withdraw seat and I m not sure if I'll get refund, my rank is around 1k , OBC.
