Shampoo/conditioner help

Hello! I believe I have type 1B hair. currently my hair is long down to my waist and in the thick side. I struggle with shampoos and conditioner. I try to use more “natural” products but I’m usually left with greasy looking roots and dry ends. Most of the time I can’t even brush through my ends even after conditioning. I’ve tried plane products, kitsch bars, ethique, and acure and potentially more I can’t think of. any suggestions would be appreciated!
