ARD 4L citizenship approved in under six weeks!

Thank you everyone on this thread that helped with my questions about the application process.

I mailed my paper application via DHL the first week of July (7th?), did my biometrics July 17 and received my approval today, less than one month after the biometrics. I am shocked at how fast it happened, but I guess my case is very straightforward (England born grandmother)

Because I was born before 1987 in a non-commonwealth country, my citizenship would have been "automatic" and I only had to pay the citizenship ceremony fee. Whew! This was a source of confusion for me in the application process and grateful for the correct advice I received here.

Now I await the citizenship ceremony invite. Hurray! Which could take 16 weeks...
