Hello! (romantically)

As the title might suggest, I’m 29, living in MD, and looking to jump back into the world of dating. I’m looking for something long-term, but want something built on a foundation of friendship, consistency, and connection.

A little about me:

\-Extroverted introvert - I enjoy a night in gaming or watching shows/movies as much as a night out at a dive bar with live music, but very much have a social battery

\-As you might’ve guessed from the sub I decided to post in, not-so-closeted nerd. I’m into MTG, LoTR, OSRS, DND, and other such acronyms. MTG has been ongoing for about a year now, DND sessions have been few and far between, and gaming has always been a favorite pastime

\-Very okay cook with a few excellent recipes. Some of my favorites to make are a mean chicken and sausage gumbo, a better-than-average steak dinner, and a serviceable shrimp scampi risotto

\-The water is my happy place, let’s kayak down the Severn and find an island to post up at with a cooler and well-curated playlist

\-Proudly therapized

\-Left-leaning independent. I have lots of issues with most politicians on both sides, but one side isn’t ushering us into a fascistic hellscape

\-Big on communication, consistency, empathy, and kindness

\-Avid conspiracy theorist. Aliens are in our oceans, Epstein didn’t unalive himself, and birds aren’t real (okay maybe that last one is a stretch)

\-Can be funny sometimes

About you:

\-You love to yap, and have good-to-excellent communication skills

\-You value consistency and kindness

\-You are within a reasonable distance of the DMV

\-You will introduce me to your cat, and will not get too jealous when I win them over

\-You are emotionally intelligent, with bonus points if you are also therapized - proudly or otherwise

If anything resonated, shoot me a message :) I’m looking forward to hearing from you
