Iso rental or room for rent

Hello, I am income restricted and iso a room to rent or a low income studio or 1 bedroom apartment. Does anyone have any recommendations. I have been working with the Kennewick housing authority, they want me to go back and apply in person next week. I have been searching in person and online and most places I either don't meet the income requirements of 3x the rent, or my credit is just slightly too poor. I don't have someone that can consign, and the other problem I've found is I have no rental history. Is there any hope for me yet?!
