2 years post kidney transplant, eGFR dropped from 54 to 45

My eGFR has been around the 57 range for the past year and a half, but just came back at 45 (creatinine 168, up from 145 two months ago). A few days before the draw, I accidentally took my morning pills in the evening instead of my evening pills, made myself throw up to empty my stomach once I realized, then took my correct evening pills.

Should I be worried?
