I know of someone who is lying to the FAA

I know someone is lying to the federal aviation administration and I can't do anything about it.

Hi, folks.

I can't report him directly or tell anyone about this due to risk of extreme retaliation, so I'm here, typing into the void, trying to prepare myself for comments calling me a coward. Please understand that by "extreme retaliation", I mean this person has made very real threats if I were to report him, so I won't be doing that (throwaway account).

So, I know of a pilot who is actively hiding a cardiac procedure from the FAA. He omitted it from his medical application and was issued his first class medical within a month or two of the cardiac procedure. He actually failed medical exams prior to his hospital stay.

Within weeks of the procedure, he was flying at high altitudes in high performance aircraft IFR. He even went on to fly citizens and children before the 90 day grounding period was up (which doesn't matter if the procedure was omitted from medical application). What he's doing is putting an extreme amount of stress on his heart as well as lying to a federal entity by not disclosing his heart procedure. Additionally, this person is a live wire and will erput into extreme fits of rage and yelling if something doesn't go his way, so I don't understand why he would risk losing his pilots license.

Anyway, yeah. That's my story. I've also posted this in one other subreddit. I need someone to be pissed with me 😂
