Offer deferral

can you defer an offer after getting an unconditional offer after meeting your offer? my offer was three As and I got in 2A*s and 2 B but I’m really disappointed in my B in Econ because I know I can get an A I want to retake 2 units and reapply to ucl and Cambridge but still want to keep the kings offer if I get rejected.
