Contacting SFE

Unsure if this is common knowledge but if anyone is having difficulty with successfully contacting a human via call, if you stay on the phone line and input no numbers, you will eventually be directed to a human.

Just had a case of them incorrectly assessing me, found no help until being on the phone with a human. Hope this helps someone
