Anyone else concerned how the arena will be portrayed in the movie?
The catch of the 50th arena is that it is supposed to be hypnotically beautiful and poisonous within. I was visualizing the arena to be mesmerizing, vibrant, full of flowers, almost trippy. Kind of like a Thomas Kinkade painting.
I was very excited to see how this was going to be portrayed in the film, and thought the premise had huge potential to go viral with its aesthetic even, but it seems like they didn't go all the way out with the arena. They made the promotion setups to be super flowery but it doesn't seem like there will be a lot of flowers around the Cornucopia area in the trailers. Obviously, we haven't seen the final product yet and they might touch up the footage further but I am a bit concerned that the arena will not be like the book description.
