I'm an athlete and I wanna take a testosterone test (Hormones Blood Test in General) ! Need Advice

I have no condition hmd (at least that I am aware of ) ! What is the procedure for this , do I just have to walk up to a "Labo Des Analyses" and get a test or I need to pass by a doctor first ?!
+ Do you have any idea about how might this kind of test cost me in Dzd !
Finally is it a standalone test or it comes with the general blood test ?!
