Help me please

So my computer has been weird. It is having a hard time running simple things like steam. Browser and discord. But seems to do completely fine when I am running a game. If I dont have a game running within a couple minutes my screen freezes. Then boots me into a watchdog violation.

It also seems to do even worse when installing things

The only think I could think of is I changed in my bios my secure boot settings so that I could play high roller on dark and darker. But have changed it back since. Please help im like an old lady when it comes to computers.​
