Vets for cats with special needs

My himbo cat and I recently moved to Madison, and last weekend our family was joined by a lovely blind cat who also has FIC and slight wobbliness.

Plenty of vet recommendations for cats in general in this sub, but I wonder if any parents of cats with special needs have suggestions on who to check out or who to avoid?

Ideally closer to Capitol Square, but anything for these two.
