*time sensitive* looking for this dress!

hi ladies! i am a girlie in her 20s living in London and i have a bit of a random question. i really need this dress (pic attached) from outcast clothing before tuesday 18 aug. i tried to order it for express shipping from outcast but it says estimated delivery is after tuesday.

is anyone selling this dress in a size small (8) who i can buy it from and pick it up? or if if i can borrow the dress, rent it from someone, literally any option. or alternatively, anywhere i can find this dress (or even something similar) and get it before tuesday.

i tried looking for dupes but nothing seems to be working out. this dress in the other colour they sell would also work, just need a small (UK 8 ). thank you!
