12k debt, currently looking for solution as stepchange won’t help

Hi all,

I’ve posted here before regarding my debt and whatnot and was told to contact stepchange.

I’ve since been on their website and tried to get help through them however as the title says, they’re unable to help me. Could that be something to do with me being self employed?

Just wondering what the next best course of action is from here?
