When will the 20th edition Omni figure be available?

Does anybody know when the Omni Figure 20th edition and the board game will be available to order? I keep checking the store site ever since it was announced and nothing yet but I been seeing the Omni figure on eBay recently but for over $200

Have these only been handed out specific events so far? Will they be purchasable? I sure hope so
