I’m normally pretty chill but NK is 4.5 and still in a crib.

I’m very much a go with the flow kind of nanny. When it comes to stuff like sleeping in crib I generally don’t care. Hey if the kid is sleeping and comfortable and safe. Whatever.

I just feel like 4.5 is too old for this. Like she’s starting school soon and is still in a baby crib.

At this point it’s hindering night time potty training as well. I’ve asked her and she says she wakes up dry and just wets her diaper because she’s not suppose to get out of her crib.

I talked to MB about this and she’s like “who is this really hurting?”. And honestly yeah it’s pretty minor. Everyone is happy and healthy. MB is a good mother but I think she’s hanging on to some baby stuff intentionally. Like the crib.

I’m not even sure if this is worth bringing up again honestly.
