I have realized Mary who I adopted recently becomes extremely hyperactive when she finds another dog that automatically mirros her play style of chase and wrestling.

She is incredibly reserved at home and well mannered so its duel switch.

She also has a prey drive towards rabbits or other things which reminds me of dogs and Doug from UP. I mean her mo is a lot like Doug from UP but more calm and quiet about it. She legit in bed with me with sleeping with her head on my stomach as writing this.

I wasn't sure how well she'd recall, and it was better than I thought, but what was weird was she actually came to me when I hit the Samsung SmartTag 2 beeper without any training. With her prey drive, I get nervous about her bolting, and the SmartTag 2 has an IP67 water resistance rating, so I can leave it on her to track her if she does, but it has a speaker to find objects and volume can be set to be high or low so doesn't blast her ear drums out. However, I'm more interested in it being a recall to me when I trigger it, and I was super surprised she automatically came when I did without training. I think maybe because I lose my keys with AuADHD traits and trigger mine on my keys daily, it's created an association?

Mary frist time off leash dog park...
