Coolant & Not oil?

2015 chevy cruze 1.4LT
can someone tell me if this is just coolant and not oil & coolant(?) went in for water-pump and they're trying to claim they "didnt know it was oil" until they replaced the water-pump and belt, now im having more problems with my car ( OP for context )

claimed first- I knew I had an oil leak, Oil all over my street- leaky oil pan(?)
looking at this pictures you're telling me they couldn't determine if it was oil AND coolant leak.
they will replace the tensioner pulley & belt for free but, head-gasket, oil lines & something else for ANOTHER 5K, no thank you, from these pictures, can YOU tell me if its oil or coolant.
