I just really suck at pvp

Been playing this game before and then revisited it again a month ago and still playing. I never played pvp before and now trying it out i really suck. At both being a hunter and defending a hunter. There are also not many good videos of tips and tricks and guides out there. So any tips would be greatly appreciated so that I atleast stop dying even to the weakest hunters. Thanks in advance.
