Feeling dizzy when smoking

I sometimes get dizzy while smoking, and I tried to search online for an answer, but it's always "first cig of the day" or something among those lines. Not for me though. I feel bad only when I'm smoking outside, in fresh air, and with this one specific pack. My first two were Monte Carlo Red, and they were nice, a bit of fun but honestly? Smoking isn't really my big thing. Now I bought L&M red, and as I was going back to the bus stop I lit up and got hit to the brain, felt like seveeere lack of oxygen, the kind I sometimes get from exhaustion on, say, cycling. What's the deal with it?
