High Refresh Rate mod for Dark Souls 1 Remastered

I've hated being locked to 60 FPS every time i replayed the game, and no mod addressing this was made for all these years, so this time i finally decided to make it myself. It raises FPS to whatever value you want (configurable), while keeping the game speed the same. You will need to consistently hit your target FPS, or else you will experience slow motion.
