Grad plus loan wait

I feel like I'm just being given a generic response to satiate me. Told me on Monday that they got the approval and were working on the new offer - no other info on a possible timeline. Nothing since then of course. I am a disabled student and really need this extra aid or I wouldn't have applied for it and I know many others are waiting too. I'm trying to be patient but it's just so frustrating 😫
