**Update*** For those who are interested, Unihertz basically said I'm out of luck and do not try to re-order.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced....well guess I'll be getting a Clicks Communicator...

Opened a case with OnTrac...zero response after receiving an automated case number. No contact number or office location...
