Ordering new season items?

I am looking to place an order from the latest Chan collection. The photos the seller provided look great but from Zebra Factory - has anyone heard of this before? Also, anyone have experience ordering from the latest collections? It seems the older more classic models have better reps but this is my first time ordering. Would appreciate any feedback!
