Tac Issues

Ever since season 4 update my tacs have been glitching.. either hitting an invisible wall and going behind me or glitching (sound included) left right, right left & behind.. now Yes if you fully cook them hold them for 3-4 secs and throw they work fine.. but high paced games don’t allow this.! I’ve tried multiple fixes for this but no success. They are practically un-useable at this point and in some tight games tacs can be the difference between +SR and -SR

Anyone got any fixes?? FYI PS5

P.S exact same issue with smokes.
