Obesity class 3

Hello,

I am chronically overweight and obese.

I am 34F, 5'6 height and 117 kgs.

I want to lose weight.

I don't want to take any medical help.

I am looking for like mine people who are in the same boat as me and has more than 40kgs to lose - male or female. I want to make this community over whatsapp / telegram or any other chat platform.

I have been unsuccessful even at losing 1 killo so far.

I need support, I need people who can help me be on schedule, be regular with workouts and help me overcome the negative mind chatter and help me get out of bed.
