First Time Doing Stims While Working

Advice Needed!

Hello, everyone. Starting my first day of stims tomorrow, and I want to make sure that I go about this as smoothly as possible. I wanted to know how everyone went about their lives and what advice anyone has because I want to continue to work up until its time to retrieve, but of course, light duty. I work at a library, so I tend to walk around a lot, push/pull carts, grab books from high and low shelves, etc. I want to communicate with HR that although I will be on light duty that I can still perform my normal duties differently because I don’t want to be stuck at the phone desk. It may sound just taking phone calls but it becomes a whole bunch of other things if the check-out desk is backed up and that would require me to constantly turn my chair around to check for patrons behind me.

So, overall, I think I will be fine walking around (not my usual speedwalking) and picking things off the shelves. I'm wondering though, would squatting/bending my knees to say pick up a book from a low shelf be safe or pulling books out of the drop-off bins if I am able to reach them without bending?

I know this is all over the place, just overthinking on the avoiding ovarian torsion. Please share what it was like working while on stims. It'll be greatly appreciated.
