Question about dosing 2 days apart and tolerance

We did one tab (100 ug) a couple of days ago. I think it may be less than that because it’s pretty light. I’ve taken 2 tabs of this batch and it was great, so I know it’s not too much. But I’m at a festival and don’t want to get overwhelmed. We are wanting to dose again. I think tolerance might be a thing to consider. Should we increase by half or a full tab? The instant dose was really lovely.
